My approach
A site should know what it's saying before it gets a look. I start on the design once the content is clear.
I'd rather keep things simple. A feature nobody needs is one more thing to maintain later.
Handing a site over isn’t the end of the work. If something comes up or needs changing later, I’m still around.
Speed and accessibility aren’t added at the end. They’re part of the work from the first line.
